Domain Name Question

Hi All,

Thanks for all your very helpful tips re alternative shopping ideas.

I now have some concerns about registering a domain name through some 
of these freebie/low cost organizations. I am aware that you have to 
be careful because some places will register it as:

www.TheirName.com/YourName/

Also it appears that if you get the reduced rate domain name through 
a hosting service you are exptected to sign up for web space there 
also. Is this usually the case or are there exceptions?

Are there any other concerns I should be aware of re registering 
domain names on sites that appear to almost do it for free?
